We first had the pleasure of meeting Anna Migone while she was a student at Oxford University. Over the years Anna has worn some of our most popular haircuts, as many of you may have spotted on our instagram.

While visiting Anna at her home, our attention was getting drawn to many of her close friends haircuts. Someone it seemed, had a natural eye for how hair falls and moves. It turned out the person responsible for these brilliant haircuts was actually Anna herself.

With the opening of Sydney St. 6 years later, we wrote about an opening position for our first three apprentices. There was no requirement to have any previous knowledge of hairdressing, just a willingness to immerse in the world of cutting. Anna had recently finished her Masters degree in Dublin and to our complete surprise applied for the Job.

Moving to London from her small village in the Tuscany countryside, Anna has settled in to life at Sydney Street amazingly quickly.

With an unprecedented level of raw natural ability, we know the sky is the limit for Anna.
